Artist Wellbeing
As a practitioner with extensive experience of working with people from a creative and performing arts background, Sharon is able to provide a safe and confidential space in which to support individuals through some of the more challenging moments in their careers.
The past few years have seen a significant rise in the number of performers, production crew and creatives reaching out for psychological support during what has been a time of unprecedented change and uncertainty within the Arts, not least for those whose livelihoods were so deeply impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The mental and emotional fallout from this, and other recent world events still continues to take its toll for many, with an increasing number of performers and creatives reporting symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. Sharon is able to offer one-to-one support to individuals on their journey to mental health recovery, whilst at the same time providing help, where needed, with any other issues that may be impacting the artistic or creative process.
Artist Supervision
For writers and performers involved in the creation and development of difficult or challenging stotylines, Sharon is able to provide stage-by-stage supervisory support, offering a safe and confidential space in which to psychologically check in and debrief.
